JustFor.fans Adds Twitter-Style 'Follow' Feature

LOS ANGELES — Taking a page from Twitter, JustFor.fans has added a “follow” feature to its platform, in response to rumors that the mainstream social site may clamp down on adult performers in the coming year.

According to the company, when Tumblr stopped allowing porn, JFF added Reblogging and the Free Posts page. When Snapchat started shutting down accounts, JFF added “Snap Posts” that expire and a new pricing tier just for them. When Patreon started shutting down adult accounts, JFF added tiered membership pricing. Then, three weeks ago, JFF added Stories (patterned after Instagram Stories).

Now, JFF’s new “Add to My Models” feature allows any user to add a model’s feed to their homepage (called My Models) and is similar to the “Follow” button from Twitter. It doesn’t subscribe to the model; it just adds the model’s posts to their My Models page. If they aren’t subscribed, they will see the preview/blurred versions of the posts.

“JustFor.fans now has all the best features from Tumblr, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat,” said JFF owner Dominic Ford. “As these platforms continue their march toward suppressing our voices, it is my hope that JFF will become the adult social network people turn to.”
